Minimum Eligibility
Candidates must be a Graduate in any discipline; In case of candidates enrolled in an integrated undergraduate course of 4/5 years Degree, they must be in the 4th or 5th year of the Degree course.
Course Description
Start-ups are not vital to the growth of the economy of our country. Governmental policies in the last few years aim to promote, entrepreneurship and innovations in all fields. While there is no dearth of fertile, innovative, and dedicated minds in our country, many startups often remain unable to take off or crash soon after take-off due to a lack of adequate knowledge about key legal issues. This course aims to address the latter by equipping the participants with practical insights into the what, how, and why of Law for Entrepreneurs.
The course covers comprehensively all the major aspects applicable to a start-up to operate in India including how to raise external funding to scale your business.
This course provides the basics of entrepreneurs' laws and some key practice aspects which will be very useful for non-lawyers and start-ups ecosystem. The course is divided into five modules, where the first two modules will make participants acquainted with foundational principles of commercial transactions and business entities. The course covers comprehensively all the major aspects applicable to a start up to operate in India including how to raise external funding to scale your business.

After completion of the course, students will be able to
